Shinzen Garden in Woodward Park Fresno CA
If you've never been to Shinzen Garden, I hope you will. It is a beautiful garden, very peaceful and zen-like.

Merchant of Venice starring Al Pacino at Tower Theatre today
The Merchant of Venice starring Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Joseph Fiennes will be playing at the Tower Theatre today - Friday, March 11, 2005 at 5pm and 8pm.
The Tower Theatre is located at 815 E. Olive Avenue. Tickets are $9.00 for general admission and $7.00 for students and seniors.

Fresno City College Renaissance Festival
Waiting for your Knight in Shining Armor? Fair ladies in glorious costumes? Here's your chance!
The Fresno City College Renaissance Festival is being held this weekend, March 12th & 13th, from 10am to 6pm.
It will be held on the west lawn of the college campus. Fresno City College is located at 1101 E. University Ave (NE corner of McKinley and Van Ness)
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for childen under 12. This event benefits the Community Food Bank.
Donate some non-perishable food items and you'll get $1 off admission prices!
The event is a recreation of a 16th century village fair so you will see knights, the Queen(!), other costumed performers like jugglers, mimes, fire-eaters, sword fighters that are sure to entertain the whole family.
